- 2 / 5By Hector RDisorganized place...Don't think they understand how to use the order drawer and payment drawers. Asked for a box of joe while at the order drawer. Then I had to wait in line to get to get to the cashier. When I finally get up to drawer the cashier give me a large cup of coffee. When I tell them that I ordered a Box of Joe, they told me I would have to wait 20 minutes while they brew a batch. I already waited over 15 mins in line??? I have no patience for this so I got my bagels and went to Dunkin Donuts for coffee. The only reason I am giving two stars was cause the bagels were good. Overall I was disappointed in the service.May 16, 2017
